Sie erleiden eine schlimme Verletzung auf oder neben der Matte, die Sie eine Zeit lang am Training hindert. Nat\u00fcrlich hat man die Nase voll davon, nicht auf der Matte stehen zu k\u00f6nnen. Sie wollen so schnell wie m\u00f6glich wieder auf die Matte, aber die Verletzung braucht Zeit, um zu heilen. Das gibt Ihnen die M\u00f6glichkeit, das Training auf eine andere Art zu betrachten.<br \/>Aus meiner eigenen Erfahrung kann ich sagen, dass man auch viel lernen kann, wenn man sich ein Training ansieht. Zum Beispiel, weil man weiter weg vom Geschehen ist und die Techniken aus einer anderen Perspektive betrachten kann. Man sieht, wie die Aikidoka mit den Techniken k\u00e4mpfen, und manchmal kann man sehen, wo es \u2018schief l\u00e4uft\u2019. Manchmal kannst du die Bewegungen auf der Matte selbst sp\u00fcren, weil du dir vorstellst, selbst daran teilzunehmen. Du beobachtest unsere Sensei und ihre Art zu unterrichten (wie kannst du als Senpai davon etwas lernen). Indem man alles aus der Ferne beobachtet, sieht man Aikido buchst\u00e4blich aus einer anderen Perspektive. Das ist es auch, was mich so sehr ansprach, als Anne Sensei diesen Artikel von Eric Lavigne teilte. Eric erz\u00e4hlt, wie er wegen einer Verletzung l\u00e4ngere Zeit auf der Matte sa\u00df, aber auch daraus lernen konnte. Ein Praktikum ist nicht nur eine Gelegenheit, ein paar zus\u00e4tzliche Stunden zu trainieren. Es ist eine Herausforderung, wie man manchmal mit neuen Techniken oder einem anderen Stil zu k\u00e4mpfen hat.
