Aikido seminar in the Netherlands

Since you are here anyway, we can briefly tell you about wwhat makes our Aikido seminars in the Netherlands so special. That's not just the teacher we can tell you. Every internship held at Ando has a specific theme. Sometimes we share this already at the announcement and other times during the internship itself. (After all, sometimes it is good to go onto the mat with an open mindset).

Teachers who give Aikido seminars with us will challenge you. This may be through techniques they share with you that you are unfamiliar with, or conversely familiar techniques with a twist. All to ensure that you steps off the mat in satisfaction and the feel that you have learned something. 

Besides training, we offer the opportunity to connect with other Aikidokas. Thus, we try to make lunch or dinner as accessible as possible. (If the situation allows.)
