Vous souffrez d'une vilaine blessure sur le tapis ou en dehors, qui vous emp\u00eache de vous entra\u00eener pendant un certain temps. Naturellement, vous en avez assez de ne pas pouvoir \u00eatre sur le tapis. Vous voulez retourner sur le tapis le plus rapidement possible, mais cette blessure a besoin de temps pour gu\u00e9rir.<br \/>D'apr\u00e8s ma propre exp\u00e9rience, je peux dire que l'on peut aussi apprendre beaucoup en regardant une s\u00e9ance d'entra\u00eenement. Par exemple, parce que vous \u00eates plus loin de l'action et que vous pouvez observer les techniques d'un point de vue diff\u00e9rent. Vous voyez l'a\u00efkidoka se d\u00e9battre avec les techniques et parfois vous pouvez voir o\u00f9 cela \u2018 tourne mal \u2019. D'autres fois, vous pouvez ressentir les mouvements sur le tapis parce que vous vous imaginez en train de participer. Vous observez nos sensei et leur fa\u00e7on d'enseigner (comment pouvez-vous, en tant que senpai, apprendre quelque chose de cela). En observant tout \u00e0 distance, on voit litt\u00e9ralement l'a\u00efkido d'un point de vue diff\u00e9rent. C'est aussi ce qui m'a s\u00e9duit lorsque Anne sensei a partag\u00e9 cet article d'Eric Lavigne. Eric raconte comment il est rest\u00e9 assis pr\u00e8s du tapis pendant une longue p\u00e9riode \u00e0 cause d'une blessure, mais qu'il a pu en tirer des enseignements.
